用RAPD分子标记技术分析长白山区柴胡的亲缘关系

摘  要：
为分析采自长白山不同区域的12个柴胡样本的亲缘关系,采用随机多态性扩增技术对其进行研究,用12个引物共扩增出122条带,其中106条为多态性带,比率为86.9%.聚类分析结果表明,北柴胡和狭叶柴胡的亲缘关系较远,同种柴胡在种内存在一定差异.

摘  要：
The genetic relationship of twelve samples of different Bupleurun in Changbai Mountain was studied by Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technique.There were 122 bands amplified with 12 primes,among them 106 were polymorphic bands(86.9%).The clustering analysis showed that the genetic relationship between Bupleurum chinense DC.and Bupleurun scorzoneraefolium Willd.is further,and the difference existed in the same species of Bupleurum.
