圆叶葡萄叶提取物对南方根结线虫的生物活性

摘  要:
【目的】研究圆叶葡萄叶提取物对南方根结线虫的生物活性,为南方根结线虫防治提供一种高效、低毒的新途径。【方法】采用离体毒力测定研究圆叶葡萄叶乙醇提取物对南方根结线虫的杀虫活性;将圆叶葡萄叶乙醇提取物稀释成10.0、5.0、1.0 g/L后处理已接种南方根结线虫的盆栽番茄,评估圆叶葡萄叶提取物对南方根结线虫的田间防治效果。【结果】圆叶葡萄叶乙醇提取物具有较强的毒杀线虫活性,浓度为16.7 g/L时活性最强,处理48 h线虫校正死亡率达99.06%,LC50为3.76 g/L。经10.0、5.0、1.0 g/L圆叶葡萄叶乙醇提取物处理后的番茄幼苗株高分别比对照提高30.35%、22.97%和5.38%,地上鲜重分别比对照增加27.62%、19.33%和0.57%,根长分别比对照提高31.43%、27.69%和10.54%,植株根结抑制率分别达46.85%、40.29%和25.95%。【结论】圆叶葡萄叶提取物能减轻南方根结线虫危害、促进寄主植株生长,利用圆叶葡萄叶提取物防治南方根结线虫具有研发价值。

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to find a new effective but low toxic method for controlling southern root-knot nematode(Meloidogyne incognita), the bioactivities of muscadine(Vitis rotundifolia) leaf extracts against M. incognita were investigated. 【Method】The nematocidal activity of ethanol extracts from leaves of muscadine against M. incognita was determined by in vitro bioassays. The ethanol extracts of muscadine leaves were diluted to 10.0, 5.0, 1.0 g/L, respectively.Then these diluted extracts were used to treat potted tomato seedlings inoculated with M. incognita, so as to investigate field control effect of muscadine extracts on M. incognita. 【Result】The results showed that the muscadine leaf extracts had high nematocidal activity, with the strongest nematocidal activity at the concentration of 16.7 g/L, and leading to 99.06%of corrected mortality of M. incognita after being treated for 48 hours, and the LC50 was 3.76 g/L. After treating tomato seedlings with 10.0, 5.0, 1.0 g/L muscadine extracts respectively, compared with the control, the plant height of seedlings was increased by 30.35%,22.97% and 5.38%, respectively, the fresh weight was increased by 27.62%,19.33% and 0.57%,respectively, and the root length were increased by 31.43%, 27.69% and 10.54%, respectively. However, the inhabitation rate of seedlings root-knots reached up to 46.85%, 40.29% and 25.95% compared with the control, respectively. 【Conclusion】The muscadine leaf extracts can mitigate harm caused by M. incognita and promote growth of host plant. Furthermore,the utilizing muscadine leaf extracts to control southern root-knot nematodes has high research and development values.
