季节对福州放牧山羊粪便中线虫卵EPG值消长动态的影响

摘  要:
为分析不同季节对福州放牧山羊粪便中线虫卵EPG值消长动态的影响,在冬季和夏季分别对福州市某放牧山羊场中不同日龄山羊在驱虫后的不同时间进行粪便线虫卵EPG值跟踪测定。结果表明,在冬季,6月龄内组、6~18月龄组以及种羊组在驱虫后的30d、60d、90d时EPG平均值分别为880枚、2 020枚、3 020枚和1 120枚、2 540枚、3 180枚以及560枚、1 500枚、2 200枚;在夏季,三组在驱虫后的30d、60d、90d时EPG平均值分别为1 560枚、3 380枚、4 940枚和1 700枚、3 460枚、4 180枚以及500枚、2 420枚、3 240枚。不同年龄组羊EPG平均值都随时间推延而呈线性增加,6月龄内组和6~18月龄组在夏季驱虫后60d时EPG平均值均大于3 000枚,6月龄内组和6~18月龄组在冬季驱虫后90d以及种羊组在夏季驱虫后90d时EPG平均值均大于3000枚。因此,不同季节对福州市放牧山羊粪便中线虫卵EPG值消长动态的影响较大,18月龄以内山羊在夏季驱虫后60d以及冬季驱虫后90d,粪便中线虫卵EPG值已达到适宜驱虫水平,为本地区放牧山羊线虫驱虫方案提供依据。

摘  要:
To analyze the impact of different seasons on the growth and declineof nematode EPG dynamics in Fuzhou grazing goats.The EPGs of different day-age goats from a grazing goat farm in Fuzhou were detected in different time after deworming during the winter and the summer,respectively.In winter,at 30 d,60dand 90 dafter deworming,the average of the EPG were 880,2 020 and 3 020 in the age of 6months group,1 120,2 540 and 3 180 in the age of 6to 18 months group and 560,1 500 and 2 200 in the breeding goat group.In summer,the EPG on average of these three groups were 1 560,3 380,4 940 and 1 700,3 460,4 180 and 500,2 420,3 240 at 30d,60 dand 90dafter deworming.The EPG on average of all groups showed a linear increase with time delay.The EPG on average was greater than 3 000 within the age of 6months group and 6to 18 months group at 60 dafter deworming in summer,the EPG on average was greater than 3 000 within the age of 6months group and 6to 18 months group at 90 dafter deworming in winter and the breeding goat group at 90 dafter deworming in summer.Therefore,the impact of different seasons on the nematode EPG dynamics of growth and decline in Fuzhou grazing goats is large.The nematode EPG has reached the appropriate level within the age of 18 months at 60 dafter deworming in summer and at 90 dafter deworming in winter.The results of this study can provide the basis for the nematode deworming project in the local grazing goat.
