摘  要:
全氟辛酸(PFOA)是一种新型持久性有机环境污染物,由于其毒理学研究尚不完善,需对其做进一步研究。通过急性经口毒性、遗传毒性以及免疫毒性试验研究PFOA的毒性作用。结果表明雌性小鼠的LD50为430 mg/kg,雄性小鼠LD50为369 mg/kg,PFOA属于中等毒性;小鼠红细胞微核、小鼠精子畸形和Ames试验3个遗传毒性试验结果显示为阴性;碳粒廓清、迟发型变态反应以及血清溶血素测定3个免疫毒性试验表明PFOA对小鼠的免疫功能具有抑制作用。试验结果为全氟辛酸的食品安全性毒理学评价提供数据资料和支撑。

摘  要:
The perfluorooctanoic acid is a new type of persistent organic environmental pollutant. Due to the lack of perfect understanding to its toxicological characteristics, there is still need for further research. The toxic effects of PFOA were studied by acute oral toxicity, genotoxicity and immunotoxicity tests. The results showed that the LD50 of female mice was 430 mg/kg, and the LD50 of male mice was 369 mg/kg, and PFOA was moderately toxic; the results of three genotoxicity tests of mouse erythrocyte micronucleus, mouse sperm deformity and Ames test were negative; three immunotoxicity tests of carbon particle clearance, delayed type hypersensitivity, and serum hemolysin assays showed that PFOA has an inhibitory effect on immune function in mice. The test results provide data and scientific support for the food safety toxicology evaluation of perfluorooctanoic acid.
