产教融合背景下《畜牧业经济与管理》教学改革的探讨

摘  要:
《畜牧业经济与管理》是高职畜牧兽医专业培养高素质管理技术技能人才的主要课程。为使课程更好地服务于专业发展和满足产教融合的要求,该文结合畜牧行业对管理人才需求的趋势,分析课程教学中存在的问题,按照产业需求导向对教学内容进行改革探讨。改革教学内容分为三个模块,第一模块为管理理论知识模块,让学生系统了解并掌握现代化的管理理论知识。第二模块,为实践应用知识模块,达到提升学生实践认知水平和培养学生创新意识的目的。第三模块,为实践锻炼模块,重点培养学生的知识转化能力和创新能力。通过上述三个内容模块,可将课程理论与实践有效结合,体现课程实践性与应用性强的特点,达到较好的教学效果。

摘  要:
Animal husbandry economy management is the main course of cultivating high-quality management talents for animal husbandry and veterinary specialty in vocational education. In order to better serve the professional development and meet the requirements of integration of production and education, this paper combines the current situation and trend of the demand for managerial talents in animal husbandry industry, analyses the existing problems in the course teaching, and explores the reform teaching content according to the orientation of industrial demand. The reform teaching content is divided into three modules. The first module is the knowledge of management theory, so that students can systematically understand and master the modern management theory. The second module is the knowledge of practical application, so as to improving students' practical cognitive level and cultivating students' innovative consciousness. The third module is the practical training module, which focuses on cultivating students' ability of knowledge transformation and innovation. Through the three content modules, the theoretical knowledge and practice of the curriculum can be effectively combined, reflecting the characteristics of strong practicality and application of the curriculum, and achieving better teaching results.
