紫茉莉提取物的抑菌活性

摘  要:
紫茉莉是紫茉莉科的一种多年生草本植物。通过对其根、茎与叶提取物抑菌活性的室内测试结果表明:紫茉莉根甲醇提取物与茎甲醇提取物对梨黑斑病菌和西瓜炭疽病菌菌丝生长具有较好的抑制作用。其中根甲醇提取物对以上2种病原真菌菌丝生长的抑菌率分别为85.49%和84.78%、茎甲醇提取物为98.36%和75.38%;此外,该2种提取物对梨黑斑病菌、西瓜炭疽病菌与草莓灰霉病菌孢子的萌发也具有较好的抑制效果。前者对以上3种病原真菌孢子萌发的抑制率依次为90.50%、73.39%、77.94%;后者分别为89.91%、84.03%和75.90%。

摘  要:
Mirabilis jalapa Linnaeus is a perennial herb of Nyctaginaceae. Laboratory bioassay was conducted to determine the antifungal activities from the root, stems and leaves extracts of Mirabilis jalapa. The results showed that the methanol extracts of Mirabilis jalapa roots and stems had better inhibition actions to mycelial growth of Alternaria kikuchiana Tanaka and Colletotrichum orbiculare. Which inhibition rates of the methanol extracts of root on the two pathogens mentioned were 85.49 and 84.78%, the methanol extracts of stem were 98.36 and 75.38%, respectively. Besides, they have better inhibitory effects to conidial germinations of Alternaria kikuchiana Tanaka, Colletotrichum orbiculare and Botrytis cinerea. Which inhibition rates of the former on the three Pathogens mentioned were 90.50, 73.39 and 77.94%, the latter were 89.91, 84.03 and 75.90%, respectively.
