Cd和盐联合胁迫下紫茉莉的生长反应及Cd积累特性研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究Cd和NaCl联合胁迫下紫茉莉的生长反应及Cd积累特性。[方法]采用溶液培养的方法,植物收获后,测量生物干重以及各部位Cd含量。[结果]紫茉莉对Cd和盐联合胁迫表现出了强的耐性,在适宜Cd及盐处理浓度下,投加NaCl促进了紫茉莉对Cd的积累。[结论]紫茉莉具有修复Cd和盐复合污染土壤的潜力。

摘  要:
[Objective]To investigate the growth responses and Cd accumulation characteristics of Mirabilis jalapa L.under the combined Cd and salinity stresses.[Method] The aquatic culture was used in the study to measure the dry biomass and Cd concentration after the plants were harvested.[Result] Mirabilis jalapa L.showed strong tolerance under the combined Cd and salinity stresses,the addition of NaCl to the Cd contamination solution could facilitate the Cd accumulation of plant under appropriate treatments.[Conclusion] Mirabilis jalapa L.has the potential to be used in the phytoremediation of the contaminated Cd and salinity contaminated soils.
