加快推进广西农村科技发展的思路与对策

摘  要：
[目的]提出加快推进广西农村科技发展的思路和对策,为政府部门提供决策参考.[方法]采用定性和定量相结合的方法总结2012年广西农村科技工作取得的主要成效,分析其存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议.[结果]广西农村科技工作在重大科技专项实施,农业科技创新平台建设、农业科技攻关和良种选育、农业科技成果转化、科技扶贫工作等方面取得新进展.但仍存在农业科技创新体制机制仍不完善、农业科技创新能力不强、农村经营机制体制面临来自上业化和城镇化的挑战等问题.[建议]加快农业科技创新平台、现代农业产业科技示范县、创新型农村科技服务体系建设,强化农村科技创新队伍建设,加强基层科技能力建设,营造良好的政策环境,加强协同创新,加大农业科技投入,以加快推进广西农村科技发展.

摘  要：
[Objective]Thinking and strategies aimed at advancing the development of rural agrieuhura] science and technology in Guangxi were presented to provide decision-making references for government departments. [ Method]By us- ing qualitative and quantitative analysis, paramount achievements, current existing problems and colwesponding suggestions were elaborated. [Result]New progress has been made in key scientific program execution, rural innovation platform, su- perior variety breeding, scientific achievements transformation and scientific poverty-relieve, however there were still is- sues including imperfect innovation mechanism, non-competitive innovation capability, and rural business mechanism meeting the challenge of industrialization and urbanization, etc. [ Suggestion ] For the sake of the development of rural a- gricultural science and technology in Guangxi, it is proposed that agricultural science and technology innovation platform, modern agricultural industry science and technology demonstration county, innovation-type rural service system, innovative team construction, grass-roots sci-tech ability should be constructed; and favorable poliey environment, collaborative inno- vation, and agricultural investment should be reinforced.
