旋转中心设计优化土党参蛋白质提取工艺

摘  要:
在单因素试验的基础上,选取pH、时间、液料比作为考察因素,利用Design-Expert 8.05b软件进行Box-Behnken旋转中心组合优化设计,响应面分析,确定微波提取土党参中蛋白质的最佳工艺参数为:提取时间6.41 min,pH 7.77,液料比26.1:1(mL/g),预测土党参中蛋白质提取率达到10.62%。试验证实该方法具有提取率高、耗能少的特点。

摘  要:
According to the single-factor experimental results of microwave assisted extraction of lance asiabell root proteins, the extracting time, liquid-material ratio and pH factors were selected, and their optimal technological parameters were determined through Box-Behnken design experiment and response surface analysis. The gained optimal technological parameters were 6. 41 min in extracting time, 26. 1:1 in liquidmaterial ratio( mL/g) and pH 7. 77, and the predicted extraction rate of lance asiabell root proteins could reach10. 62%. The experimental results showed that this optimizing method has such advantages as high extraction rate and low energy consumption.
