摘  要:
本文描述了禾谷多粘菌原质团和游动孢子囊的超微结构。单核的原质团经分裂,形成多核原质团,进而发育成游动孢子囊,游动孢子囊中形成许多次生游动孢子。原质团和游动孢子囊中的次生游动孢子均含有细胞核、线粒体、高尔基体、内质网、液泡、具膜小管、脂质粒和核糖体等细胞器。成熟的游动孢子囊中还可见游离的鞭毛。

摘  要:
The ultrastructure of plasmodia and zoosporangia of polymyxa graminis was described. Uninuleate plasmodia cleaved into multinuleate plasmodia to form zoosporangia in which many secondary zoospores developed. Both plasmodia and zoosporangia contained organelles including nucleus, mitochondria, golgi, endoplasmic reticulums, vacuoles, cored vedicles, lipid globules and ribosomes. Flagella also could be seen in the thin sections of zoosporangia.
