禾谷多粘菌游动孢子侵染小麦的若干影响因素

摘  要:
测定了温度,pH值和Zn~(2+)等因子对禾谷多粘菌(Polymyxa graminis)游动孢子侵染小麦的影响.结果表明,游动孢子侵染的最适温度为10~25℃,5℃以下和30℃以上侵染率显著下降,35℃时不能侵染;侵染的最适pH值为7.0~7.5,当pH值≤4.5或≥9.0时不能侵染.Zn~(2+)浓度为0.004~0.04ppm时,侵染逐渐下降,0.4ppmZn~(2+)溶液完全阻止侵染.采用Zn~(2+)溶液(8ppm)冲洗法测得游动孢子侵染小麦初生根的最短时间为90分钟,5~8小时侵染达到高峰.

摘  要:
Temperature,pH value and zinc ion(Zn~(2+))were tested for their effect onthe infection of zoospores of polymyxa graminis to the wheat root.The highest infection occurred at10~25℃,whereas at 35℃ no infection was detected.With pH,the optimum value for theinfection was 7.0~7.5,and no infection occurred below4.5 or above 9.0..There was also aclose relation between successful infection and the concentration of zinc ion and the infection wascompletely inhibited by Zn~(2+)up to 0.4ppm.Using the rinsing method with Zn~(2+) solution(8ppm),it was revealed that the establishmentof zoospore infection took at least 90 min.and the highest infection occurre in the period between5~8 hours following inoculation of Rolymyxa graminis.
