我国学生奶奶源基地建设中存在的问题及对策探讨

摘  要：
奶源基地是乳业生产的"第一车间",要保证乳品质量需从源头抓起。学生奶奶源基地是学生奶生产的源头,要保证学生饮用奶计划稳步实施,必须抓好学生奶奶源基地建设。但我国学生奶奶源基地在建设中存在管理落后、社会化服务体系不健全、环保意识差、记录不规范等问题。借鉴发达国家奶源建设的有益经验,提出加强我国学生奶奶源基地建设的对策和建议。

摘  要：
Building milk source base is the foundation of the milk industry development. In order to increase the quality of milk product, it is necessary to keep a firm grasp on the origin. But there exist some problems in building school milk source bases, such as backward management, lack of social service system, poor awareness of environmental protection, and so on. We should use the beneficial experiences of developed countries and raise the countermeasures and enhance the building of school milk source base in our country.
