水稻芽种静力有限元分析及性能的试验研究

摘  要:
采用ANSYS软件对水稻芽种基体进行了静力有限元分析,其模拟结果为静载荷下芽种基体的应力变化呈扩散型分布,其受力点处所受破坏最大,愈向外其破坏性愈小。模拟结果与压缩破坏敏感性试验结果相吻合,以受力4.5 N作为芽种基体的静压载荷的极限,超过这一极限,将会破坏水稻芽种的内部生理组织,影响芽种生长;同时推导出水稻芽种基体在静压载荷下的数学模型及试验水稻芽种继续生长率与静压载荷回归方程。

摘  要:
This paper introduces the methods of static finite analyses of rice bud seed.The simulation results show that the stress changes of bud seed under static load have taken on diffusive distribution.The limit of static load is 4.5 N for rice bud seed.Beyond this limit,the inner tissue will be destroyed and the growth of bud seed will be affected.The analytic data fit the tested data quite well.The mathematical modelingf rice bud seed and ratio of continual growth are got under static load.This study establishes a foundation for the theoretic design of seeding mechanism.
