机械化学法制备原生磷肥的条件及效果研究

摘  要：
采用机械化学法制备原生磷肥,探索了机械研磨过程中的介质球径、转数及研磨时间三个因素对磷矿活化效果的影响。结果表明采用钢球球径为15 mm、转数为1500 r min-1时活化效果最佳。磷矿粉有效磷含量则随机械活化时间的增加呈先增加后平稳的趋势,宜昌、雷波、黄麦岭、矾山磷矿分别在机械活化30 min、36 min、27~30 min、28 min时活化效果最佳,有效磷含量达到11.8%、10.5%、12.3%、7.9%。综合来看,沉积型和变质型磷矿的机械活化效果较好。

摘  要：
The preparation of original phosphate fertilizer by mechanochemistry method need to study the factors of the media ball diameter, the revolution and the time, which all have influences on the activation during the grinding. The results indicated that activation was perfect when the ball diameter was 15 mm and the revolution was 1500 r min-1.With the time extending, the available phosphorus contents of phosphorite powder increased at first, and then reached a plateau. The activating results were the best when activating time of phosphates were 30 min for Yichang, 36 min for Leibo, 27 ~ 30 min for Huangmailing, 28 min for Fanshan, and available phosphorus contents reach 11.8%, 10.5%,12.3%, 7.9%, respectively. According to the results of the four phosphate rocks, it has confirmed that the activation effect of sedimentary and metamorphic phosphorite iss favorable by mechanochemistry method
