基于ADAMS的无碳小车的分析设计

摘  要:
为解决无碳小车转向控制问题,采用共轭凸轮作为转向控制。CATIA建立了无碳小车模型,并通过ADAMS对凸轮的轮廓曲线和无碳小车运动轨迹进行了仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明,与传统的曲柄摇杆机构转向或一般凸轮转向控制设计相比,基于共轭凸轮转向设计同样能达到转向目的并且提高了小车的运行精度和车体稳定性,使得整车更加紧凑小巧,减少了小车在行驶过程中的耗能,增加了越障数目。

摘  要:
To solve the problem of carbon-free car steering control, conjugate cam is used as steering control. Carbon-free car model is established in CATIA, and simulation analysis is made to the contour curve of the cam and car trajectory in ADAMS.The simulation analysis results show that compared with traditional cranking mechanism steering or ordinary cam steering control design, the design based on conjugate cam can also achieve steering, and improve operation precision and stability of the car,making the vehicle more compact cabinet, reducing energy consumption in driving process of the car on road and increasing the number of the obstacles crossed.
