摘  要:
为满足第五届全国大学生工程训练综合能力的命题要求,针对无碳小车采用曲柄摇杆机构出现的机构悬空,引起运动的不确定性的缺陷,提出了基于曲柄滑块的转向机构的优化设计以及参数设计方案,并采用MATLAB软件编程,对小车行驶轨迹进行了检验。同时,还在无碳小车的绕杆方案、微调机构设计、轴承座设计优化等几个方面给出了新的设计思路。

摘  要:
In order to meet the proposition requirements of the fifth national college engineering training comprehensive ability, this paper presents a design scheme of the rod, the use of MATLAB software, and the testing method of the car running track. In view of the problem that the crank rocker mechanism in the S-shaped track carbon-free car is suspended, which causes uncertainty of the motion, this paper puts forward the optimal design scheme of steering mechanism with crank slider, and uses MATLAB software programming to test the running track of the car. The paper also gives a new design idea for the bottom plate design, the fine adjustment mechanism and the bearing seat processing of the carbon-free car.
