三丁酸甘油酯在饲料中的应用进展

摘  要:
丁酸是畜禽结肠微生物发酵纤维类物质产生的挥发性脂肪酸.研究表明,丁酸是肠道细胞首要能量来源,但因其气味难闻而难以在饲料中大量添加.三丁酸甘油酯(TB)因其特殊的理化特性和生物学特性,成为动物良好的丁酸来源.文章总结了三丁酸甘油酯在动物体内的消化吸收、主要作用机理以及在畜禽饲料中的应用效果.

摘  要:
Butyric acid is one of the important short-chain fatty acids in intestinal lumen by bacterial fermentation. It is a major metabolite for the colonic epithelial cells. However, butyric acid was not used widely in animal feed for its malodour. Tributyrin, a better source of butyric acid, can release butyrate from glycerol through the action of lipase in the intestinal lumen. Therefore, the article summarized the digestion and absorption, function mechanism and application in animal feed of tributyrin.
