钠离子掺杂制备α-Fe_2O_3纳米棒

摘  要:
用NaOH和Fe(NO3)3.9H2O共沉淀法制备了半导体纳米材料α-Fe2O3的前驱体。分别在350℃、550℃、700℃焙烧得到α-Fe2O3。通过XRD、TEM等手段对材料进行了表征。由于少量钠离子的存在制得的α-Fe2O3呈棒状,用该方法所制得的α-Fe2O3纳米棒在光催化降解活性染料时具有良好的光催化活性[1]。

摘  要:
The precursor of Fe_2O_3 was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method with NaOH and Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O.The Fe_2O_3 was respectively calcined at 350℃,550℃,700℃.Its microstructive and morphology were analyzed by XRD and TEM.The Fe_2O_3 which was doped by Na ion showed very high photocatalytic activity~([1]).
