TiO_2纳米管的制备方法

摘  要:
研究了几种制备TiO2纳米管的常用方法:模板法、水热法和阳极氧化法,并分析总结了每一种制备方法的优点和缺点。模板法中可以选择不同孔径的模板制备不同管径的TiO2纳米管,但不易合成孔径小的纳米管,且生成的TiO2纳米管长度不均;水热法操作比较简单,且制备的TiO2纳米管管径小,但其产物的形成机理、成分等方面还存在争议;阳极氧化法可制备排列有序的TiO2纳米管,但价格昂贵。

摘  要:
Several preparation methods of TiO2 nanotube: temple method、hydrothermal method and anodic oxidation method are studied.And the advantages and disadvantages of every method are analyzed.The diameter of TiO2 nanotube can be controlled by the diameter of anodic oxide nanoporous in temple method,but it is hard to prepare TiO2 nanotube with small diameter and similar length.Hydrothermal method is a simple method to prepare TiO2 nanotube with small diameter,but the mechenism、composition and formation process of TiO2 nanotube need to be studied deeply.Highly organized TiO2 nanotube arrays can be easily achieved by anodic oxidation method.But anodic oxidation method costs more than other methods.
