组合式饲料粉碎机的设计

摘  要:
针对目前饲料加工中粉碎机出现的粉碎率低下以及堵筛等问题,在分析饲料粉碎机工作原理的基础上,进行组合式饲料粉碎机总体结构设计,并对锤片的形状及排列、锤片与筛片的间隙、筛片的尺寸、盘式粉碎结构等参数进行设计研究。最终完成了组合式饲料粉碎机整体方案的设计,组合式饲料粉碎机的使用推广,有助于解决目前粉碎能耗大及堵筛等问题。

摘  要:
In view of the problems of low grinding efficiency and sieve clogging in the process of feed processing presently, based on the analysis of the existing feed grinder, a new type of feed grinder has been designed, and the key parameters of feed grinder, such as the hammer shape and arrangement,the gap between hammer and sieve, the size of sieve, disc crushing structure have been designed and researched. The overall scheme of combined grinder for feed was designed. The using promotion of combined feed grinder can availably promote the crushing efficiency, while help to solve the problems of high energy-consumption and sieve clogging.
