硫酸生产汽轮机结垢原因分析

摘  要:
分析三环分公司硫酸厂蒸汽汽轮机结垢原因,认为是脱盐水水质差和锅炉岗位操作不规范造成汽轮机所需动力来源过热蒸汽品质差而结垢。采取相应技改措施后,3套硫磺制酸装置的过热蒸汽品质Na+从2 412~4 350μg/L降为135~260μg/L,SiO2从1636~1990μg/L降为16~80μg/L,汽轮机结垢问题基本得到控制。

摘  要:
The main scaling causes of the steam turbine in the Sulfuric Acid Plant of the Three Circle Company are discussed,which result from the power of steam turbine with low quality of superheated steam caused by poor quality of desalting water,nonstandard boiler operation.Finally,the scaling of steam turbine is basically eliminated in the three sets of sulfuric acid plants from element sulfur raw material,through technological improvement that the Na+ and SiO2 contents in superheated steam are lowered from 2 412 ~ 4 350μg / L to 135 ~ 260μg / L,1 636 ~ 1 990μg / L to 16 ~ 80μg / L respectively.
