硫磺制酸中的中、低温余热的利用——径向热管省煤器的研究、开发和应用

摘  要:
热管是一种高级导热元件 ,介绍径向热管的结构及其工作原理。通过试验和研究表明 :径向热管作为传热管具有良好的等温性、功率传输性能和较高的传热极限 ,并比较有、无吸液芯的性能差别 ,径向热管换热器已广泛用于硫磺制酸余热回收装置省煤器。文中介绍了 2 0万 t/ a、2 5万 t/ a、33万 t/ a硫酸的 3组径向热管省煤器的设计值与实测值的对比数据 ,以说明现行设计方法的可靠性。根据硫磺制酸的工艺流程 ,已设计出由多台径向热管省煤器组合而成的径向热管省煤器系统 ,具有良好的运行性能 ,并能有效地控制低温腐蚀

摘  要:
Heat pipe is a highly effective heat transfer unit, its constitution and mechanism are presented. Experiments and researches show that the radial heat pipe is of a wellisotheral performence, satisfied heat power conductivity and high heat transfer limit(with the comparison of the unit with and without wick). Radial heat pipe exchanger has been widely used in fuel economizer, a residual heat recovery unit in Sburning sulfuric acid production. 3 sets of data on the actual and designed parameters, which are based on the radial heat pipe fuel economizers for 200 kt/a, 250 kt/a and 330 kt/a, are presented to confirm the reliability of the current design. According to the process of Sburning sulfuric acid production, a fuel economizer system has been designed by the combination of several radial heat pipe fuel economizer units, with a good operation property and effective anticorrosion at low temperature.
