钎焊热循环对白口铸铁组织和性能影响的研究

摘  要:
利用高频感应加热炉,通过改变钎焊温度、钎焊时间和冷却速度,研究了白口铸铁的组织和性能变化规律。钎焊温度和时间对组织和硬度影响不大;冷却速度对组织影响也不明显,但冷却速度提高时,硬度提高,达到HRC64.5。白口铸铁钎焊易形成溶蚀缺陷,温度和时间对白口铸铁钎焊溶蚀非常敏感,严格控制钎焊温度和时间是获得优质钎缝的保证

摘  要:
Using a high frequency induction furnace, the effects of brazing temperature ( T ), brazing time ( t ) and cooling speed ( v ) on microstructure and property of white cast iron have been studied. The experimental results show that the effects of brazing temperature and brazing time on the microstructure and hardness are of little significance, the effect of cooling speed on the microstructure is unnoticeable either. However, when cooling speed is high, the microstructure of pearlite becomes tiny, hardness increases to the amount of HRC64 5. White cast iron brazing is easy to form erosion defect and the brazing temperature and time is highly sensitive to the erosion of white cast iron. So a precise control of brazing temperature and time is needed to gain high grade brazing joint.
