壳体类铸铁零件水冷焊试验

摘  要:
对不同大小铸件的水冷和空冷焊接进行了试验;对铸件内部导热、辐射换热和对流换热进行了传热理论分析。试验结果表明:对于小铸件,水冷效果明显,但产生的白口及淬硬组织多;对于较大铸件,水冷效果不明显,铸件越大,水冷效果越不明显;同一铸铁件在水冷条件下焊接,产生的白口组织及马氏体多,并且铸铁件越大,水冷对组织的影响越小。

摘  要:
The feasibility of cast iron water-cooling welding was investigated. The analog experiment about the different physical volume welded castings cooled in the air and water was conducted. The heat transfer theory on inner thermal conduction, radiation and convection recuperation of the welded castings was analyzed. The theoretical analysis and the test results show that: for the bigger castings, water-cooling has little effect on avoiding weld crack, and for the smaller ones the effect is significant, but there are much of quench tissue, which could lead to cracks. The bigger the casting is, the less the water-cooling influence is. For the same casting, the chill and martensite are more when cooling in water, and the bigger the casting is, the less water-cooling influence on the microstructure.
