海狸鼠尾部肌腱的解剖及组织学研究

摘  要:
为探讨海狸鼠尾部肌腱的潜在应用价值 ,对 10只成年海狸鼠进行了解剖学研究 ,发现海狸鼠的尾部肌腱非常发达 ,共有 10 8根肌腱 ,它们分为 4束 ,分别分布在尾部的背面和腹面两侧 .肌腱的长度不一 ,最长者可达 4 0cm ;肌腱的细度均匀 ,横径在 0 .2~ 0 .6 9mm之间 .肌腱主要由胶原纤维组成 ,占纤维总量的 4 3.4 5 % ,其化学成分95 %以上是胶原蛋白

摘  要:
The tendo in trails of 10 adult beavers were histologically and anatomically studied to search their potential value. Histological anatomy study was performed in 10 adult beaver. Results show that the tendo of beaver tail are very strong.There are 108 tendo divided into 4 bunches, distributed at the dorsal and ventral of tail respectively. The length of tendo is different; the maxium is 40 cm; The thickness of tendo is even and the diameter is around 0.2~0.69mm; The tendo is mainly composed of collagen fibre, up to 43.45% of gross fibre; More than 95% chemical component is collagen. The length, thickness histological structure and their chemical componsition of tendo intrails of beavers show that they are an ideal medical material after being processed.
