我国是经济林大国,面积和产量居世界首位,但在产业升级过程中,遇到了许多瓶颈问题。建议:坚持以市场为导向,以效益为中心,以全产业链科技创新为核心,促进第一、第二产业协调发展。提倡绿色生产模式,突破优势特色产品的对外开放程度,让全社会共享优质产品的成果,将经济林建设成规模化、标准化、品牌化的现代经济林产业体系,为我国粮油安全、精准脱贫和生态文明建设做出贡献。

摘  要：
China is a large Non-Timber Forestry country with the largest area and yield in the world. However,during the process of industrial upgrading,many bottlenecks have been encountered. Suggestions: adhere to the market-oriented,efficiency-centered,and technology-based innovation in the entire industrial chain as the core,and promote the coordinated development of primary and secondary industries; advocating a green production model and breaking through the opening up to outside world of featured and distinctive products enable the whole society to share the products with high quality,and build the Non-Timer forest into a large-scale,standardized,branded,and modern economic forest industrial system to contributed to our country 's grain and oil security,precision poverty,and ecological civilization.
