我国农产品质量安全问题治理对策探讨

摘  要:
农产品质量安全是最基本的也是最重要的民生福祉。本文介绍了我国农产品质量安全现状及其问题隐患,分析了农产品质量安全风险来源及突出短板,研究提出,实现"十三五"时期发展目标,全面建成小康社会,要坚持"一个中心、五个基本点",牢固树立并切实贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,创新工作思路和机制,加快建立健全最严格的覆盖生产、流通、消费各环节的监管制度,着力推进绿色发展,以持续的努力确保人民群众"舌尖上的安全"。

摘  要:
Quality and safety of agro-products is the most basic and most important livelihood well-being. This paper comprehensively expounded the present situation and problems of agro-products quality and safety in China,and analyzed its risk sources and projecting short board. The conclusion showed that we must firmly establish and earnestly implement the development concept including innovation,coordination,green,open,and sharing,for achieving the Goals of"13th Five-Year"period. Innovating work ideas and mechanisms,speeding up the establishment of the most stringent regulatory regime covering each link,such as production,circulation and consumption,focusing on promoting green development,making sustained efforts to ensure people's"safety of every bite of food".
