苍耳子提取物作为生物农药的潜力研究

摘  要:
考察了苍耳子的水提取物及乙醇提取物在抗真菌、除草、杀虫方面的作用,研究结果表明:在抗真菌实验中,苍耳子乙醇提取物终浓度为20 mg/L时选择性地对小麦颖枯菌和小麦赤霉菌有抑制作用,抑制率分别为70%和100%;在杀虫实验中,苍耳子乙醇提取物具有选择性杀虫作用,在终浓度为60μg/cm~2时对棉铃虫毒杀率达100%;在除草实验中,在终浓度为60μg/cm2时,苍耳子水提取物选择性地对小白菜有100%的抑制作用。

摘  要:
In this study,the water extract and ethanol extract from Xanthium sibiricum Patrin were tested for potential antifungal,insecticidal and herbicidal activities.The results indicated that the ethanol extract from Xanthium sibiricum showed selective antifungal and insecticidal activities,and the water extract from Xanthium sibiricum showed selective herbicidal activity.At the final concentration of 20mg/L,the ethanol extract exhibited the selective antifungal activity to Septoria nodorum and Fusarium culmorum with the inhibition rate of 70% and 100%,respectively.Moreover,the ethanol extract at the final concentration of 60μg/cm~2 showed 100% insecticidal activity on Heliothis armigera.Finally,the water extract at the final concentration of 60μg/cm~2 possessed the unique herbicidal activity on pakchoi,and the inhibition rate reached 100%.
