苍耳子油提取工艺的优化及其氧化稳定性

摘  要:
为研究提取苍耳子油溶剂的最佳工艺条件,采用正交试验对苍耳子油的溶剂法提取工艺进行了优化,并比较了4种不同提取方法所得苍耳子油的氧化稳定性。结果表明:乙酸乙酯提取苍耳子油的最佳工艺条件为提取时间5 h、提取温度65℃、料液比1∶13(g∶mL),在此条件下苍耳子出油率为19.71%。4种方法所提苍耳子油的氧化稳定性大小依次为:超临界CO2萃取>乙酸乙酯提取>超声波辅助乙酸乙酯提取>微波辅助乙酸乙酯提取。

摘  要:
The extraction technology of Xanthium sibiricum by solvent method was optimized by orthogonal test and the oxidation stability of oil from Xanthium sibiricum extracted by 4 different extraction methods were compared to screen out the optimum extraction conditions.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions by ethyl acetate included extraction time 5h,extraction temperature 65℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶13(g∶mL),and the the yield of oil was 19.71% under optimized conditions.The sequence of oxidation stabilities of oil extracted by different extraction methods were super critical CO2 extration>extraction with ethylacetate>ultrasound-assisted extraction with ethylacetate>macrowave-assisted with ethylacetate.
