镉胁迫下天蓝苜蓿的生理生态响应

摘  要:
通过盆栽实验研究了Cd胁迫对天蓝苜蓿生长和抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果表明:天蓝苜蓿整株鲜重、地上部分鲜重、地下部分鲜重随Cd胁迫增大呈显著降低趋势。天蓝苜蓿叶片电导率和膜脂过氧化产物MDA水平随Cd胁迫增大而增加,呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.955(P<0.01)和0.984(P<0.01)。随着Cd浓度的升高,超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈先增后降趋势,说明抗氧化酶系统既具有解毒功能,同时又是Cd2+植物毒性的作用位点,天蓝苜蓿3种抗氧化酶对Cd敏感程度表现为SOD>POD>CAT。

摘  要:
The study with pot experiment showed that the fresh weight of Medicago lupulina L.,above-ground and under-ground fresh weight of Medicago lupulina L.decreased with increasing Cd concentration.The permeability of cell membrane and content of MDA increased with increasing Cd concentration.There was!a significant correlation between these two indices and Cd concentration(0.955** and 0.984**,respectively).With increasing Cd concentration,antioxidative enzyme activities rised at first,then fell.Plant antioxidative enzyme system does not only have detoxification function but also is the reactional site of Cd2+ phyto-toxicity.The sensibility of antioxidative enzymes to Cd stress was SOD>POD>CAT.
