稻谷的营养特点及在养猪生产中的应用研究进展

摘  要：
玉米-豆粕型日粮由于营养价值高,饲用效果稳定,一直是中国配合饲料的主要配方形式。在能量饲料中玉米被称为能量饲料之王,在饲料中的用量占比>60%。中国作为玉米消费大国,玉米消费主要用于饲料和工业消费,二者占比>85%。随着畜牧业的高速发展以及工业化用粮的增加,包括玉米淀粉、酿造、医药、燃料乙醇等玉米深加工得到了快速发展,导致玉米的供需矛盾日益突出,受供求关系影响价格波动严重。与此同时,稻谷作为中国的主要粮食作物,随着育种和高产技术的推广,产量大幅提高,尤其在南方各省,由于早籼稻产量大、口感差,积压库存严重。因此,合理开发利用稻谷资源,不仅可充分利用地方饲料资源,缓解饲用玉米供求紧张的压力,亦有利于提高养殖业的经济效益,促进种养健康可持续发展。文章就稻谷在养猪生产上的研究进展做以综述。

摘  要：
Corn-soybean meal diet had been the main formula of feed in our country because of its high nutritional value and stable feeding effect. In energy feed, corn was called the king of energy feed, and the amount of feed used in feed usually accounts for more than 60 %. As a large country of corn consumption, corn consumption was mainly used for feed and industrial consumption, which accounts for more than 85 %. With the rapid development of animal husbandry and the increase of industrialized grain, the deep processing of corn, including corn starch, brewing, medicine, fuel ethanol, had developed rapidly, resulting in an increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of corn, and severe price fluctuations affected by the relationship between supply and demand. At the same time, rice, as the main food crop in China, with the promotion of breeding and high-yield technology, the yield had greatly increased. Especially in the southern provinces, due to the large yield and poor taste of early indica rice, the backlog of stocks was serious. Therefore, the rational development and utilization of rice resources can not only make full use of local feed resources, ease the pressure of supply and demand of feeding corn, but also help to improve the economic benefits of aquaculture and promote the healthy and sustainable development of breeding and raising. In this paper, the progress of rice production in pig production was reviewed.
