褐黄血蜱的形态学与分子生物学鉴定

摘  要：
鉴定采自河南信阳、湖南华容、山西太谷刺猬、犬的蜱。借助体视显微镜对蜱样进行形态观察;克隆、分析其COX1与ITS1序列,对比分析同源性并构建系统发生树。形态学鉴定和分子生物学鉴定结果表明,采自河南信阳、湖南华容、山西太谷刺猬、犬体表的蜱均为褐黄血蜱。湖南、河南、山西也成为褐黄血蜱的分布地。

摘  要：
To identificate the ticks from hedgehogs in XinYang of Henan province、Huarong of Hunan province and dogs in Taigu of Shanxi province.Stereo microscope was used to make morphology characteristics,cloned and sequenced the COX1、ITS1genes and subsequently made the compare and homology analysis,finally the phylogenetic tree was constructed.The results of morphological and molecular identification showed that the ticks of this experiment are haemaphysalis flava,and also the distributing the Henan,Hunan and Shanxi.
