摘  要:
为分析山羊褐黄血蜱分离株的线粒体(mt DNA)部分序列(pcox1)的遗传变异情况,并利用cox1序列分析山羊褐黄血蜱与其它蜱的种群遗传关系,本研究利用PCR扩增山羊褐黄血蜱的部分cox1片段,并对其进行测序分析。结果显示16株山羊褐黄血蜱分离株的cox1序列长度均为800 bp左右,且分离株与基因库中褐黄血蜱位于同一分支,与其它蜱类得到了很好的鉴别。本研究表明pcox1序列种内相对保守,种间差异较大,可作为山羊褐黄血蜱的种间遗传变异研究的分子遗传标记。

摘  要:
In order to examine sequence variation in the cytochrome coxidase subunit 1 of mitochondrial DNA(mt DNA)gene in H.flava isolates from Hunan provinc, and construct their phylogenetic relationship using cox1 sequences. The partial cox1(pcox1) were amplified from the H.flava samples by PCR and sequenced. The results showed that the length of pcox1 sequences were about 800 bp, respectively. There were no significant variation in cox1 sequences of H.flava, while intra-species difference were obvious. It was concluded that pcox1 sequences could be used as genetic marker for imterspecies genetic variation research of H.flava from goats.
