摘  要：
三倍体毛白杨以其优良的材性和5a即可轮伐的超短期性为“林纸”产业结合奠定了物质基础。林业与造纸业实行产业集团化联产,以5年1亿株的产业规模持续发展,可给农民增加40亿元的收入,并增产粮食3亿多kg,经济效益比纯种小麦高出39％-67％,国家每年可增收1．3亿元农林特产税和4亿元木浆生产税,“林纸”产业由此还将呈现“山绿、景美、民富、业兴”的新局面。

摘  要：
Triploid Populus tomentosa characterized by its good wood quality and five years' rotation period of harvest (very short period indeed) has become the material basis for paper-making from forest. Forestry and paper-making industry join together to be able to generate RMB 4 billion incomes to farmers in five years by planting 0. 1 billion of trees and increase grains by 0. 3 billion kg,39% to 67% over the economic benefits from growing only wheat. The special tax for agriculture and forestry increase annually by RMB0.13 billion yuan and pulpy production tax by RMB 0. 4 billion yuan.
