50%氟啶虫酰胺·螺虫乙酯悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析方法

摘  要:
[目的]采用高效液相色谱法测定氟啶虫酰胺和螺虫乙酯复配制剂的含量。[方法]采用甲醇和水为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,使用C18不锈钢柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在254 nm波长下测定氟啶虫酰胺和螺虫乙酯的含量。[结果]氟啶虫酰胺的方法标准偏差、变异系数、平均回收率和线性相关系数分别为0.083、0.54%、99.66%和1.0000。螺虫乙酯的方法标准偏差、变异系数、平均回收率和线性相关系数分别为0.094、0.27%、99.74%和1.0000。[结论]方法具有定量准确、重复性好、操作简便等特点。

摘  要:
[Aims] The study aims to establish a HPLC method for the determination of composition of flonicamid and spirotetramatd. [Methods] The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol withwater and the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min. A column packed with C18 and UV detector with wavelength at 254 nm were used. [Results] For flonicamid, the standard deviation, the relative standard deviation, the average recovery and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.083, 0.54%,99.66% and 1.0000, respectively. For spirotetramat, the standard deviation, the relative standard deviation, the average recovery and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.094, 0.27%, 99.74% and 1.0000, respectively. [Conclusions] The methods have the characteristics of quantitative accuracy, good repeatability and simple operation.
