水轮泵相似律的研究

摘  要:
为了解决水轮泵设计中的模型换算设计方法,以及利用模型水轮泵的水力性能换算出比其大得多的同轴型和非同轴型(含传动装置)真机水轮泵的水力性能,进行了水轮泵相似律的研究。在水轮机和水泵相似理论的基础上,推导出水轮泵在相似工况下各个基本工作参数模拟换算的关系式,为水轮泵的设计和验收工作提供了一种方便而可靠的方法。

摘  要:
In order to solre the problem on the design method of the model conversion in the design of WTPS and utilize the hydraulic performance conversion of its model for achieving the hydraulic performance of its prototype which is a type of coaxial and non-coaxial (including transmission), much bigger than its model, a study is made here for similarity law of WTPS. On the basis of the similarity theory of the turbine and pump, it is to reckon the conversion coherence of the various basical parameters under similar conditions of WTPS. This would bring a convenient and reliable method for hydraulic design and study on the hydraulic performance as well as the acceptance rule of WTPS.
