山东省甘薯病毒复合侵染的分子鉴定

摘  要:
为明确山东省甘薯病毒种类及发生现状,本研究对7个甘薯种植区进行调查及样品采集,通过RT-PCR/PCR技术分析山东省甘薯病毒种类及侵染类型。结果显示,140份甘薯样品中感染甘薯病毒的样品有133份,共检出7种甘薯病毒,其中甘薯褪绿矮化病毒(Sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus,SPCSV)检出率最高;由多种病毒复合侵染的甘薯样品占77%,单个甘薯样品中最多检出6种病毒,复合侵染组合共33种。表明山东甘薯病毒复合侵染情况严重,是威胁甘薯生产发展的重要因素。

摘  要:
In order to determine the types and occurrence status of sweet potato viruses in Shandong Province,we investigated the occurrence of virus diseases in 7 sweet potato growing areas and collected the disease samples. The virus species and infection types were identified by RT-PCR or PCR technology. The results showed that there were 133 samples were infected by viruses in the 140 samples,and 7 virus species had been detected. Among them,the detection rate of sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus( SPCSV) was the highest. A total of 77% sweet potato samples were infected by multiple viruses with a total of 33 types of infection combinations,and up to 6 viruses were detected in a single sweet potato sample. In conclusion,the mixed infection of sweet potato viruses was serious in Shandong Province,which was an important factor threatening the development of sweet potato production.
