河南省甘薯脱毒技术研究及其应用

摘  要:
利用茎尖分生组织培养技术 ,对河南省 1 0个主栽甘薯品种进行了脱毒培养 ,经过对脱毒甘薯原原种、原种及良种的三级繁育和在生产上大面积应用 ,结果表明 :脱毒甘薯比非脱毒甘薯平均增产 6 1 .8%,商品性状明显改善。此外 ,还对河南省甘薯病毒种类进行了鉴定 ,明确了甘薯羽状斑驳病毒 (SPFMV)、甘薯潜隐病毒 (SPLV)和甘薯G病毒 (SPVG)等为河南省甘薯主要病毒 ,并对甘薯茎尖苗病毒快速检测技术进行了研究。

摘  要:
virus-free sweet potato cultivars were obtained from the apical meristem culture during 1998-2002. The virus-free sweet potato cultivars were applied in field after rapid-propagation of virus-free tuberous roots. The yield of virus-free sweet potato to increased 61.8% in average compared to the control,which was infected by the virus. The virus species of sweet potato in Henan province were identified using RT-PCR. It was clarified that the main sweet potato viruses were SPFMV, SPLV and SPVG in Henan province.SPVG was detected for the first time in China.
