老年肿瘤患者的膳食调查和营养状况评价

摘  要:
目的:了解老年肿瘤患者的膳食结构和营养状况,分析影响因素,为临床进行营养治疗或饮食宣教提供依据。方法:选108例老年肿瘤患者,采用24h膳食回顾法对患者进行连续3d的膳食调查,运用患者总体主观评分法(PG-SGA)、身体测量和各项生化指标对患者进行综合评价。结果:PG-SGA法评价营养不良发生率87%。在年龄方面,重度营养不良组与营养良好组比较有统计学意义。按PG-SGA法分组,不同营养状态的人体测量值中,TSF、AMC、握力、BMI均有统计学意义,TP、Alb、PA、Hb两两比较均有统计学意义。不同营养状态的各组中,能量、蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、铁、锌、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2两两比较均有统计学意义。结论:老年肿瘤患者存在能量及多种营养素不足,在治疗过程中应有临床营养人员介入,选择合理的营养干预措施。

摘  要:
【Objective】To understand the dietary patterns and nutritional status of elderly cancer patients,and analyse influencing factors to provide for clinical nutrition therapy or dietary mission evidence. 【Methods】108 cases of elderly cancer patients were selected to use 24h dietary recall method for continuous patient 3d dietary survey,patient-general subjective global assessment( PG-SGA),body measurements and biochemical indicators for comprehensive evaluation of the patients. 【Results】Malnutrition rates was 87% by PG-SGA method. In terms of age, the comparison between severe malnutrition group and well-nourished group was statistically significant. Grouped according to PG-SGA,anthropometric nutritional status of different values,TSF,AMC,grip strength,BMI were statistically significant,TP,Alb,PA,Hb pairwise comparisons were statistically significant. For groups in different nutritional status,the energy,protein,carbohydrates,calcium,iron,zinc,vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B2 pairwise comparisons were statistically significant. 【Conclusions】Elderly patients with tumors intaked less energy and nutrients,and should be involved in clinical nutrition staff with reasonable choice of nutrition interventions in the course of treatment.
