低温处理对紫丁香幼苗生理特性的影响

摘  要:
为研究低温对紫丁香幼苗生理特性的影响,以1年生紫丁香实生苗为试验材料,研究了紫丁香幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,伤害率和保护酶活性。结果表明,不同低温和低温持续时间对紫丁香幼苗生理特性影响显著,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和伤害率在低温处理下显著升高,随低温处理时间的增加呈逐渐升高的趋势。SOD和POD活性在0℃处理下,随处理时间增加先上升后下降;在5℃和10℃处理下,随处理时间增加逐渐升高。因此,在低温环境下,增加保护酶活性和渗透调节物质含量是提高紫丁香抗寒性的重要措施。

摘  要:
In this paper, in order to study the effects of low temperature on the physiological characters of Syringa oblata seedlings, 1-year-old seedlings of the species were used as the test materials to study the soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, injury rate and protective enzyme activity of the seedlings. The results showed that different low temperatures and low temperature duration had significant effects on the physiological characters of the seedlings. The contents of the soluble sugar and soluble protein and injury rate all increased significantly with low temperature treatments and gradually increased with continuation of the treatment. The activities of SOD and POD first rose and then fell with the continuation of 0℃ treatment, and gradually rose the with continuation of 5℃ and 10℃ treatments. Therefore, in a low temperature environment, improving the protective enzyme activity and content of osmotic adjustment substances are the important measures for improving the cold resistance of Syringa oblata.
