香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种检疫鉴定方法的研究进展

摘要：

香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种引起的香蕉枯萎病是一种毁灭性病害,该病菌主要侵害香蕉,是我国重要的检疫性有害生物。介绍了该病菌的病原菌的侵染特点及为害症状、形态特征、培养性状,并推荐了几种适合口岸使用的检疫鉴定方法。并提供了香蕉果实上发现该病菌的照片。

摘要：

Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht.f.sp.cubense(E.F.Sm.)Snyd.et Hans(Race 4)can result in a destroyed disease named Banana Fusarium wilt disease,which mainly infects banana,is a very important quarantine disease.The infection characteristics,harm symptom,morphological characteristics and cultivation characters of the pathogenic bacteria were introduced,several methods of quarantine and identify suitable for port were recommended,photos of the pathogenic bacteria on banana fruit were provided.
