摘 要:
为了筛选出对香蕉枯萎病菌具有拮抗作用的生物防治细菌菌株,从香蕉根际土中分离得到87株细菌菌株,采用平板对峙法,筛选出7株对香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种具有拮抗作用的菌株,并进行了抑制枯萎病菌4号小种菌丝生长和孢子萌发的试验。结果显示,拮抗菌株255、D5、F2、ZK11、214、215、252的发酵液对菌丝具有显著抑制效果,抑菌圈直径17.90~22.88 mm,并能使病菌菌丝产生畸形或泡囊状;对孢子萌发的抑制率64.40%~80.50%。通过对3株抑菌作用不同的拮抗菌株的16S rDNA鉴定和生理生化特性鉴定,结果显示,拮抗菌株255、D5和F2分别被初步鉴定为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)、苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)和地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheni-formis)。

摘 要:
In order to screen strains of antagonistic bacteria against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense,87 bacteria strains were isolated from the soil around the cultured banana root,seven strains which had antagonistic effect on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense(FOC) were screened by pairs-culture,and their inhibitive efficiency on the hyphal growth and conidial germination were tested.The results showed that the antagonistic bacteria strains 255,D5,F2,ZK11,214,215 and 252 had significant inhibition effect on FOC,distorted the mycelium,the induced zone of inhibition ranged from 17.90 to 22.88 mm in diameter on PDA plates,and the inhibition rates to conidial germination ranged from 64.40% to 80.50%.By studying the 16S rDNA sequence and biochemical characters,strain 255,D5 and F2 were preliminary identified as Bacillus cereus,Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus licheniformis,respectively.
