昆明野鸭湖森林公园虫草物种多样性

摘 要:
为探清昆明野鸭湖森林公园虫草物种多样性,笔者于2017~2019年在该公园进行多次虫草资源调查,通过形态学观察和多基因系统发育分析进行物种鉴定,基于α多样性分析揭示虫草物种多样性特征,共获得839份样本,隶属于3科8属27种,包含潜在新物种13个。结果表明,昆明野鸭湖森林公园虫草物种多样性丰富,优势属种现象明显,优势属为和虫草属(Cordyceps)和线虫草属(Ophiocordyceps),优势种为垂头虫草(Ophiocordyceps nutans)。虫草寄主涉及鳞翅目(Lepidoptera)、鞘翅目(Coleoptera)、半翅目(Hemiptera)、膜翅目(Hymenoptera)、等足目(Isopoda)和蜘蛛目(Araneae)动物。本研究为进一步认识云南丰富的虫草资源和虫草的开发利用提供基础资料。

In order to explore species diversity of Cordyceps sensu lato in Kunming Wild Duck Lake Forest Park where evergreen broad-leaved forest and evergreen broad-leaved forest mixed Pinus yunnanensis are the two major kinds of vegetations, several field surveys were carried out during 2017-2019. Species were identified by both morphological observation and multi-gene phylogenetic analysis, and then characteristics of Cordyceps s. l. species diversity was revealed by α diversity analysis. In total, 839 samples were collected in this study. They belonged to eight genera of three families, representing 27 species, among which 13 species were potentially new members of entomopathogenic fungi. Two dominant genera were Cordyceps and Ophiocordyceps, and the dominant species was Ophiocordyceps nutans. Hosts of Cordyceps s. l. in Kunming Wild Duck Lake Forest Park comprised Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera, Hymenoptera, Isopoda and Araneae. This study provides basic information for further understanding and sustainable utilization resources of Cordyceps s. l. in Yunnan.
