摘  要:
分析了新引1号东方山羊豆在鲜贮、鲜草+绿汁发酵液(PFJ)、半干发酵和半干+PFJ处理条件下的营养变化及青贮效果。结果表明:半干+PFJ处理青贮料的CP和NDF含量和原料草差异不显著(P>0.05),CP含量仅相差0.43%,NDF含量相差0.5%。其青贮料NH3-N含量(18μg/100mL)和pH值(4.4)最低,说明半干+PFJ处理青贮效果最好,添加PFJ后能有效改善青贮发酵品质,较好地保持新引1号东方山羊豆的营养价值。

摘  要:
The nutrition variation and silage effect of Galega orientalis Lam.cv. Xinyin No.1 were investigated by using fresh grass to ferment straightly, fresh grass adding previous fermented juice (PFJ), half-hay and half-hay adding PFJ. Results showed that the difference of CP and NDF contents of silage disposed by half-hay + PFJ were not significant(P > 0.05), CP and NDF contents were less than those of raw material by 4.3% and 0.5%, respectively, and its NH3-N(18 μg/100mL) and pH(4.4) of silage was lowest in all kinds of treatments. As a result, the fermenting effect of the team half hay + PFJ was best. These results indicated that adding PFJ could promote lactic acid to ferment, improved the fermenting quality of silage and keep nutrient value of Galega orientalis Lam. cv. Xinyin No.1 better.
