山西彩色棉的遗传改良研究进展

摘  要:
彩色棉是一种具有天然纤维色泽的棉花,可以有效减少纺织过程中对环境造成的污染以及对人体的危害,是真正的绿色产品。但彩色棉品种普遍存在产量低、绒长短、衣分低且纤维色泽遗传不稳定等问题,运用生物技术对其进行遗传改良研究并选育出颜色丰富且产量和色泽稳定的彩色棉新品种,是今后一段时期彩色棉品种选育的研究方向。通过对已经培育成的彩色棉品种以及彩色棉资源进行分析,并就彩色棉种质材料的引进及创新、杂种优势以及生物技术的应用3个方面的研究进展进行了综述,提出彩色棉育种应将常规育种与生物技术相结合,以促进山西彩色棉纤维品质改良,推动彩色棉的种质创新,带动彩色棉长远的发展。

摘  要:
Colored cotton is a kind of cotton with natural fiber color, which can effectively reduce the environmental pollution and harm to human body in the textile process and is a real green product. However, the problems of low yield, short length, low garment percentage and unstable fiber color are common in the colored cotton cultivations. Genetic improvement research and breeding of colored cotton cultivars with rich color, and yield and color stable are the research direction of colored cotton cultivars breeding in the future.Based on the analysis of the colored cotton cultivars and the colored cotton resources, the introduction and innovation of colored cotton germplasm materials, heterosis and the application of breeding with biotechnology are reviewed. It was proposed that the conventional breeding and biotechnology should be combined in colored cotton breeding, so as to improve the fiber quality of Shanxi colored cotton,promote the germplasm innovation of colored cotton and promote the long-term development of the colored cotton.
