GA_3对慈竹木质素和纤维素动态积累及PAL酶活性调控的效应

摘  要:
以移栽二年生慈竹新生嫩枝为材料,通过喷洒GA3,研究其对慈竹木质素和纤维素含量动态积累及PAL活性的调控作用。结果表明,不同浓度GA3处理对木质素含量动态积累的调控效应不同,GA3处理可以改变慈竹木质素含量积累动态,较低浓度GA3具有降低木质素含量的作用。低浓度的GA3处理具有降低PAL活性的作用。不同浓度GA3处理对慈竹纤维素含量动态积累具有调控作用,100 mg.L-1 GA3处理的纤维素含量动态积累在试验范围内呈上升的趋势,而50 mg.L-1 GA3处理纤维素含量的积累则呈先上升而后下降的趋势。相关分析结果表明,GA3浓度与慈竹纤维素含量间呈极显著正相关(r=0.998 3),木质素含量与PAL活性间呈极显著正相关(r=0.831 1)。

摘  要:
The effects of GA3 on the dynamic accumulation of lignin and cellulose content and PAL activity in the young stem of Neosinocalamus affinis were studied by spraying GA3 with the different concentration.The results showed that there were the different effects of GA3 with the different concentration on the dynamic accumulation of lignin in the stem of N.affinis.The dynamic accumulation of lignin could be changed by spraying GA3 with the different concentration.The lignin content and PAL activity were decreased by spraying GA3 with the low concentration.The dynamic accumulation of cellulose content in N.affinis could be regulated by spraying GA3 with the different concentration.increasing tendency of cellulose accumulation in the stem caused by spraying 100 mg·L-1 GA3 was found in this study.The dynamic accumulation of cellulose in the stem caused by spraying 50 mg·L-1 GA3 was increased from 60 days to 120 days,and then decreased from 120 days to 180 days.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was significantly positive relationship between GA3 concentration and the cellulose content(r=0.998 3),the lignin content and the PAL activity(r=0.831 1) in N.affinis.
