庄河大骨鸡及其杂交鸡外形、生长性能和屠宰性能的研究

摘  要：
本试验对庄河大骨鸡及其杂交鸡外形、生长性能和屠宰性能进行研究。结果表明:青脚大骨鸡公鸡体重显著大于黄脚大骨鸡公鸡(P<005),黄脚大骨鸡屠宰率大于青脚大骨鸡屠宰率(P<005)。大骨鸡与肉种鸡正反交所得公鸡屠宰率差异显著(P<005),母鸡差异不显著(P>005);大骨鸡与蛋种鸡正反交所得公鸡屠宰率差异不显著(P>005),母鸡差异显著(P<005)。大骨鸡与肉种鸡杂交后代体重与大骨鸡相当,杂交鸡在整个生长周期内的体重都是平稳的增长。结论,青脚大骨鸡比黄脚大骨鸡屠宰性能更高;大骨鸡做为母本产生的后代具有更高的屠宰性能,大骨鸡与肉种鸡的杂交后代屠宰性能高于大骨鸡与蛋种鸡杂交后代。

摘  要：
The present study was conducted to measure the shape, growth performance and slaughter performance in Zhuanghe big bonechicken and its hybrid chicken. The results showed that body weights of Zhuanghe big bone cock with the yellow legs were significantly biggerthan that of Zhuanghe big bone cock with the green legs(P<0 05). In addition, slaughter performance of the big bone chicken with yellowlegs was better than the big bone chicken with green legs and the difference in hybrid cock of big bone chicken reciprocal crosses with broilerbreeder reached a significant level(P< 0 05), while, the difference in hen was not significant(P> 0 05). The slaughter performancedifferences in hybrid cock of big bone chicken reciprocal crosses with parent breeds was not significant(P>0 05), while in hen was signifi-cant(P<0 05). Body weights of hybrid chicken of big bone chicken and broiler breeder had the similar body weights with the big bonechicken. The growth of hybrid chicken was stable in whole growth period. In conclusions, the slaughter performance of the big bone chickenwith yellow legs was better than that of the big bone chicken with green legs and the slaughter performance of the offspring of big bone chickenas female parent was better. The slaughter performance of the hybrid chicken of big bone chicken and broiler breeder was better than the hy-brid chicken of big bone chicken and hen.
