摘  要:
葡萄浆果的颜色是由花色素苷的量来决定的,UFGT控制花色素苷的合成,Myb相关基因通过时空表达调节UFGT,从而使花色素苷在葡萄发育的不同阶段和不同部位表达。不同葡萄品种调节花色素苷的合成的强度和模式的差异造成了有色葡萄品种的果皮有多种颜色,白色葡萄品种果皮是由于没有花色素苷的合成。Myb相关基因家族主要有八个成员,其中MybA的三个种类VlmybA1-1,VlmybA1-2和VlmybA2以及MybB的两个种类VlmybB1-1和VlmybB1-2得到了较深入的研究。

摘  要:
The color of grape berry is determined by the quantity of anthocyanins that are synthesized under the regulations and controls of UFGT (UDP-glucose flavonoid 3-O-ghicosyltransferase).Myb-related genes could be controlling the UFGT expression on different developmental stages and specific tissues that might make the antho- cyanins expressing in full stages of growth and development of grape.The differential colors of grape skin would result fi'om the quantity differences of anthocyanins,for example,the white skin of grape cultivar would be due to no any anthocyanin synthesized.The family of Myb-related genes mainly has eight members,three types of MybA (VlmybA 1-1,VlmybA 1-2,VlmybA2) and two type of MybB(VlmybB1-1,VlmybB1-2) are well understood and studied.In this paper a gene family that control grape floral and berry pigmentation were reviewed,especially for MYB-related gene family.
