近年来,我国的援外培训规模不断扩大,领域持续拓宽,在国家对外关系中的作用也不断凸显。援外培训项目实施管理有其自身的特点。进一步做好这项工作要加强官员培训后信息跟踪反馈工作,共享培训资源,改进培训效果考核的方式方法,在适当的时候扩大培训对象的范围。

摘要：

In recent years,the scale of China's foreign-aid training has been expanding and related domain broadening. At the same time,this kind of training plays a more and more important role in foreign relations.The implementation of foreign-aid training has its own characteristics.Therefore it's urgent to strengthen training feedback of information tracking and share mutual training resources.Besides that,in the future it can give important inspiration to improve evaluation ways and expand the scope of trainees at right time.
