中国援外培训项目实施中存在的问题与对策

摘  要：
近年来,中国援外培训项目数量与规模不断扩大,培训的学员不断增加,在国家对外关系中的作用也不断凸显.分析中国援外培训项目在实施中存在的培训内容设计不合理、后期跟踪回访与效果评估方面的问题,为加强援外培训管理与提升援外培训效果,提出了加强国际化师资队伍建设、打造精品课程、注重援外培训项目评估与后期回访和打造援外培训项目品牌等对策.

摘  要：
In recent years, the scale of China aid training projects has been expanding and the number of participants have been increasing. At the same time, this kind of training plays a more and more important role in foreign relations. However, it has some problems in the management of China aid training projects, for example, the module design of training content is unreasonable, training feedback and effect assessing are not enough. To strengthen the management and effect of China aid training projects, we suggest to strengthen the team of international teachers and training feedback of information tracking, making quality and brand of China aid training courses and projects.
